Are you a first-time expectant parent who wants to be ‘Breastfeeding Prepared’ before baby arrives?

 

We hold our Breastfeeding Basics Classes once per month. They are perfect for expecting couples who want to learn more about what to expect in the early days of your baby's life when you are at home. We recommend that you are 30 - 36 weeks pregnant when taking this class. Partners are encouraged to attend!

We demonstrate feeding positions, proper latch, feeding frequency, and how to recognize when you need help, as well as troubleshooting.

 

For the time being, all classes are virtual, but we hope to get back to in-person classes soon! All web links & resources from the class are distributed in a follow-up email after the class.

 

Our classes are taught by our Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC).
